International Inner Wheel

Inner Wheel is where members volunteer in friendship to serve the communities worldwide.

Members of Inner Wheel uphold THREE objectives:
PROMOTING true friendship
ENCOURAGING the ideals of personal service
FOSTERING international understanding

Established since 1924, Inner Wheel members are working together with VISION and STRATEGIES, demonstrating who we are and what we stand for.

In our world where so many are in conflict and despair, come join Inner Wheel in promoting compassion, empathy, tolerance and harmony within our communities.

President’s Theme 2025-26

Each year, the International President presents a theme to unite members towards a common achievement. When over 115,000 members prevail with one passion, the results can create the change across nations and for generations.

The International Inner Wheel theme led by President Kay Morland for 2025-2026 is

The INSPIRATION as Inner Wheel members

Inner Wheel is the wonderful organisation that has given all of us the chance to STEP UP and champion women and girls. We have the opportunity to create programmes that serve the needy and less fortunate in society, and to support women, children and their communities.

The hidden benefit of our service projects, in fact the gift we receive by our actions, is the sense of achievement we feel. That wonderful warm and fuzzy feeling you get when you help somebody in need, when you simply brighten someone’s day just because you can.

At the end of the day what really matters is not what we brought but what we built, not what we received but what we shared, not our competence but our character, and not our success but our significance.

Home is behind you, Inner Wheel is around you and the world is ahead. The future of Inner Wheel is in our hands — let’s all Step Up and Lead by Example.

Be the first to say “Hello”.

Be kind, leave a legacy of love and kindness.
Be thoughtful, compliment people every day.
Be considerate, treat everyone the way you want to be treated.
Be supportive, never deprive someone of hope, it may be all they have.

Be kinder than necessary,
never waste an opportunity to be kind.
In a world where you can be anything, be kind!
Every act of kindness is a piece of love we leave behind.

Be the inspiration to like-minded women,
encouraging them to be involved in our magnificent organisation.
Be the Club member who is first to raise her hand,
inspiring others to do the same.

Be the very best version of you and inspire others to do likewise.
Step up and contribute to a positive legacy.

Kay Morland,
President 2025-2026

The Club members demonstrated outstanding dedication through their voluntary efforts in fundraising, preparing, packaging, and directly distributing the meals, in cooperation with several Ramadan initiatives. Their outreach benefited orphans, people with disabilities, and underprivileged families. Key activities were (a) 1,200 meals for patients’ companions at Al-Demerdash Hospital Emergency Department, (b) 952 meals through the “Ethaam” campaign for families in earthquake housing.

🔹 Event: Ramadan Welfare Activities

Inner Wheel District 340 and the Rashida Begum Welfare Organisation continued the spirit of giving during the blessed last Ashra of Ramadan by organising Iftar and the distribution of food. Special Eid gift bags and clothes were prepared for the underprivileged and deserving families. They include items like vermicelli, dry fruits, dates, cardamom, milk, and sugar; simple joys that many may have never experienced on Eid. These were personally delivered to their homes with care and respect. At the Tunas Sharif Mosque, Iftar was arranged for around 450 children. They were observing Itikaaf and some were away from home to study. Alongside this; Iftar was also arranged in Sind, extending our efforts to more deserving communities. As it is said, drop by drop makes an ocean. I am deeply grateful to Rasheeda Begum Welfare Organisation for their generous financial support and hands-on help, along with all donors who contributed in their own way. Special thanks to the children of Rizwana Tabussum Durrani, whose support and dedication made it possible to continue this mission throughout the month. Together, we made a difference.
