Inner Wheel Club Safia which is Non Districted club has basically 48 members in the western Kenya villages. These members are active in helping those in need.
The money they got last year, was a start for a catering activity in the region. They also make great efforts in making gardens, making a greenhouse, planting vegetables, trying to have poultry, fish ponds. These are their growing projects especially in this year when they are able to get financial support. They also have plans for opening a bakery since they have managed to get water and built a kitchen.
They also would like to start with a writing, reading and mathematics lessons for most of villagers.
They planed a tailoring class or hand work of any type. That shall not mean only learning how to make clothes, but they would like to make and donate re-usable sanitary towels for school in order to make possible to girls to be able to go to school whole month.
This will also help to protect the environment.
