The annual observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3rd December was proclaimed by the United Nations to promote the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society and to increase awareness on the situation of persons with disabilities. IW Club of Bombay West organized a carnival to celebrate with children with disabilities through music, fun, and games. 150 children from Childreach, Prem Nidhi Special School, Anandi School and Human Development Centre enjoyed braid making, tattoo artists, moonwalker, clown and juggler on 4th December at Rotary Service Centre, Juhu, Mumbai, India.
