During her almost a week stay, she attended the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. 52nd National Conference and visited the different club activities and projects in Metro Manila.

National President Gloria “Baby” Golez and National Representative Bebe Relucio together with National Secretary Marilyn “Malen” Ang and Deputy National Representative welcomed IIW Kapila Gupta at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Later that evening, the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. (IWCPI) National Board of Trustees, together with the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Foundation Inc. (IWCPFI) National Board of Trustees and the Council of Past National Presidents (CPNP), hosted the Welcome Dinner held at the Carolina Basa Salazar Center, Makati City the headquarters of IWCPI and its school is located. She went around the headquarters and was so impressed that the Philippines have its own headquarters and school. She also enjoyed the traditional and modern Filipino dances performed by the students.

Dr. Kapila Gupta visited Inner Wheel Club of Quezon City (IWC QC), District 378 project - the IWC QC Community Day Care Center in Kamuning, Quezon City. The school is a continuing project of IWC QC for almost five decades. This was established in 1972 during the term of Past IIW President Esther Vibal, as IWC QC Club President.

The main highlight of her visit is the IWCPI 52nd National Conference held last February 23-24, 2018 at the Tent of the historical Manila Hotel. Almost 600 members from all over the country attended the 2-day event. In her Keynote Speech, she focused on three main points that the members should accomplish for this year: (1) To support and strengthen each club; (2) Focus and increase humanitarian services differently; and (3) To enhance Inner Wheel branding and public recognition and image.

Dr. Kapila Gupta attended the Pedialympics, a joint continuing project of IWC Makati with the Rotary Club of Makati Dasmariñas for the physical and mental development of children with special needs. Two promotion and visibility projects were visited by IIW President Kapila Gupta: Dr. Kapila visited the environmental project of IWC Las Piñas and Environs Eco Park, District 383. During the event, four benches were constructed and inaugurated, one of which is named after IIW President Kapila Gupta. An Inner Wheel Marker, a project of IWC of Manila 101, was installed along Roxas Boulevard, one of the major roads in Metro Manila. Unveiling ceremonies was witnessed by IIW President Kapila Gupta, together with National President Gloria “Baby” Golez and other National and District 381 officers.
