Drummers and actors, dressed in typical historical outfits of the Quintana, performed for IIW President Ebe on her arrival in town. Dinner was in the historical site of Conce in the restaurant “La C’ereria”, a candle shop and traditional laboratory. Speakers during dinner were Mrs Eleni Ricotta Giovani, a psychologist and psychotherapist, and Mrs Paola Romagnoli, a lawyer, who spoke about “We are women… so?” It was inspired by the Inner Wheel motto “PINK FIRST.”

On the second day, the IIW President Ebe visited Palazzo Trinci which houses the magnificent paintings by Maestro Gentile da Fabriano. IIW President Ebe was delighted to view the fresco cycle of women that portrayed the seven liberal arts: grammar and philosophy, music, dialectic, geometry, astronomy, mathematics, and rhetoric, with the queen of knowledge in the centre.

The visit also included the Museo della Stampa with the original copy of the editio princeps (the first printed copy) of the Divina Commedia (the Divine Comedy) by Dante Alighieri which was printed in Foligno on the 11 April 1472, 550 years ago. The book is usually kept in the Biblioteca Angelica in Rome, but it is shown temporarily in Foligno specially for this occasion. In 2018, the Inner Wheel Club of Foligno gave to the Dante Alighieri Society in Sydney one of the six facsimiles printed each year in Foligno by the Campi Editore typography.
