In spreading the wings of Inner Wheel, an Inner Wheel garden (vatika) was inaugurated on an online ceremony by Association President Saroj Katiyar at the 51st District Conference.
Under the able guidance of DC Dr Divya Lehri, the beautiful Inner Wheel Vatika was developed by the joint efforts and cooperation of all the 14 Inner Wheel clubs in Aligarh on the grounds of the Gandhi Eye Hospital .This garden will be beneficial for patients and staff. All utilities, seating area and decorative items were made by using waste materials like empty bottles ,tyres ,jute, drums etc.
The clubs involved (and their Presidents) were the Inner Wheel Clubs of: Aligarh (Laveena Gupta), Aligarh City (Dr Parul Garg), Aligarh Pahal (Poonam Varshney), Aligarh Maitri (Shilpi Varshney), Aligarh Manjari (Lata Gupta), Aligarh Jhalak (Dr Anshu Saxena), Aligarh New Era (Abha Singhal), Aligarh Mansi (Kavita Gupta), Aligarh Swarnim Pahal (Sonakshi Gupta), Aligarh Nav Pahal (Bhumika Pratul Gupta), Aligarh City Gold (Talat Javed), Aligarh Unique (Saiba Siddiqui), Aligarh Limelight (Sheetal Gupta) and Aligarh Shri Manjiri (Bharti Suhirid). Personal contributions were from District Editor Jyoti Mittal, C.G.R. Deepali Batra, Sarika Saxena, Pooja Somani, ZPC Meenakshi Jain, Seema Govil, Madhu Gaur, Balveer Chaabda, Navita Gupta, Lata Gupta.

An Inner Wheel “chai ki chaupal” or a covered meeting place in an open space, was inaugurated on an online ceremony by Association President Saroj Katiyar. It is an official meeting point made for friendship and service by the Inner Wheel Club of Aligarh Pahal.
Members can conduct meetings and will be provided tea in traditional tea cups (mitti ke kullhad) and snacks, free of cost. The space is donated by District Editor Jyoti Mittal. There is also an overhead canopy as well as a hand cart for the tea master (chaiwalla).

A dog shelter made from eco-bricks was inaugurated on an online ceremony by our Chief Guest, Association President Saroj Katiyar and District Chairman Dr Divya Lehri at the 51st District Conference of District 311. During the monsoon season, stray dogs have no choice but to be drenched in the rain. Many of the dogs fall sick or catch infectious diseases. As a prevention, the members of Inner Wheel Club Bareilly South Glory came up with an innovative idea to accommodate street dogs and decided to make a shelter home using eco-friendly bottles as bricks, made by our club members
The District launched bottled Inner Wheel Rose Water labelled with the Inner Wheel Pink First logo. The launching was by Chief Guest, Association President Saroj Katiyar.
