1. Two wheelchairs and one tricycle each was given to a physically disabled needy student, a tailor and a couple, to provide for their comfort. Amount spent Rs 21000/- Beneficiaries are 4.
2. 6 sewing machines were provided to needy girls and a woman who wanted to earn their living by stitching. Amount spent Rs 19800/-. Beneficiaries - 6 families.
3. Sanitary pads and refreshments were given to girls and all other needy recipients. Amount spent Rs 1500/-
4. School fee was provided to a needy student of Surya Model School which was also given Rs 6000/-. Total amount spent on projects-38300/-

Installation of Vending Machine (District 325)

A sanitary pad vending machine and a sanitary pad incinerator machine was installed in the toilet of Dhanbad Railway station. The officials of railways will take the responsibility of refilling the vending machine when required. Masks were also donated at the railway station.

Donation of Laser Jackets (District 317)

The Club donated 100 laser jackets to 100 lady municipal workers on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti and Lal Bahadur Shastri Jayanti. Nearly Rs.20000/- were spent.

These Laser Jackets would give protection to these ladies while at work.

Spreading the wings of Inner Wheel (Branding & Promotion of Inner Wheel) Renovation and upgrading of Juhu Birla Garden. As the Club’s Silver Jubilee Project, we renovated the iconic Birla Garden in Juhu. This garden has a historic value as Gandhiji always used to visit this garden for his prayers whenever he was in Bombay.

This garden is used by many senior citizens of laughing clubs, walking club, yoga groups and many more. This garden has a stage for budding artists to perform free of cost. We have installed 5 percolation pits and a composting pit. The garden will be used by our club to conduct many projects and camps. As our endeavour towards Inner Wheel Branding. This garden has the name of INNER WHEEL CLUB OF BOMBAY AIRPORT at the main gate, giving our club prominence in Juhu.
