Gender inequality in third world countries is challenging for girls and young women. It is even more difficult for those who are orphaned and disabled.
The Inner Wheel Clubs of Ciudad de Mexico and Lomas de Chapultepec of District 417 came up with the idea of providing music classes to young orphaned and blind girls. It is hoped that they by learning this skill, it can be a source of income for them in the future. At the same time, they are introduced and inspired by the beauty in the world of music.
Thanks to the support of Inner Wheel members, orphanage staff and the loving patience of the teachers, we might see a dream come true out of the enormous effort of these girls.
