DC Minda Garcia and other volunteer workers gathered and made face masks and face shields to be distributed to front-liners in different towns in Isabela.

Face shields were distributed to 8 towns of Mallig Region, the Western part of Isabela. This is a joint project of Inner Wheel Club of Roxas and Philippine Dental Association Isabela-Quirino Chapter.
