This meeting was another linking between four IW clubs in#LeaveALastingLegacy year, showing us importance of international understanding and highlighting the unique experience of friendship.
In our IW community, once again we proved that we are women in action working together to make a difference and improve lives. We confirmed that we are sharing same values, no matter from which country we are coming. We are having a same goal, and that is to improve our communities -- to make them places where people are healthy, safe, and cared. Networks are the building blocks of social capital, they bring people together with a sense of common purpose based on shared values and identity.
"This meeting enable us to exchange information, debate and discuss matters. We agreed that learning and working with others in some capacity would strengthen and build even stronger networks between us that will give and receive support between whenever needed. Furthermore, we agreed that when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved, because alone maybe we can do so little, but together we can do so much."
The meeting in Istanbul is just a start of a true friendship between these clubs and members.
We are looking forward the future and the new achievements!
