The idea for the campaign was inspired by the March 8 - International Women's Day because we as women want to do good and to help more people in need. What better way than to support Father Ivan, who, as we know have not returned anyone and his help is searched from people with difficult fate.

For more than 20 years more than 900 people found shelter, hot meals and clothing there. People in need live there until they settle down.

Currently (November 2016) in the colony of family houses and the orphanage in Novi Han and Yakimovo are accommodated 310 people, including 170 children (babies born at the home and until 18 years old).

The aim of Father Ivan is to provide people in Yakimovo, not just a temporary shelter, but real homes and to teach them to fend for their livelihoods.

We gathered 1600 kg donations thanks to all the ladies from the club, their families and friends. Inner Wheel Club of Kavarna, Rotaract and Interact clubs in Varna, took part in the campaign. Rotaract clubs from Varna had a campaign called "Buy and Donate" 03 and 04 March and donated 200 kg food for the homes.
