Reaching Out Concert

10 IW Clubs of Milan, Italy, hosted an evening of music in a concert

to reach out and share the work of Inner Wheel.

On March 30, all ten Inner Wheel’s Milanese clubs met at the San Babila Theater to attend the show dedicated to the great composer Ennio Morricone, as suggested by our Governor Titti Fusi. The participation was numerous: there were not only all the members of our Club Milano Settimo and many members of other Clubs but also friends, Rotarians, and acquaintances.

The aim of the evening was to make the name Inner Wheel again visibility on the territory of Milan. To raise funds for a common service for the ten clubs: for the AHMIS of the Sacco Hospital (Friends Hospice Infectious Diseases Sacco), which intends to improve the quality of life of guests, terminal sufferers and psychologically assist their relatives.

Great enthusiasm for the performance of Le Muse del Rondò Veneziano, an all-female ensemble directed by Andrea Albertini. The master, a great connoisseur, and admirer of Morricone's compositions, also illustrated the great composer's art through funny anecdotes. Le Muse del Rondò Veneziano performed with great passion the various pieces of the soundtracks of Oscar-winning music. Passion and enthusiasm created among the audience who applauded the wonderful music at the open scene. A beautiful evening with the friendship and the desire to help those who most need it, guided by the sense of belonging to this wonderful women organization that is the International Inner Wheel.
