Donation For Education and Training of Girls Struggling With Cancer

The Inner Wheel Club of Lefkoşa Yenikent, District 222 in the northern part of Cyprus, contributed to the ’Education Support‘ programme of Kemal Saraçoğlu Foundation for Children with Leukemia and Fight Against Cancer.

This Foundation is established to provide social, economic and psychological support to children from newborn to 21 years old who are struggling with cancer and family problems. It carries out its activities by the support of individuals and organisations. Cancer treatment takes long periods of time. It deprives children of their social life and education. Their education becomes interrupted. Therefore they are in need of extra support.

The Inner Wheel Club of Lefkoşa Yenikent contributed to the monthly education expenses of 3 girls, one who is in need of special education, a second child at secondary school and a third girl who is at university. Life becomes more purposeful when you help others.
