IWC Terrae Sinus Charity event and "Domina award."

On the evening of 27th August 2021, the "Club Inner Wheel Terrae Sinus," part of District 121, hosted a charity event to raise funds in support of activities destined for children with disabilities. The ceremony of the first Domina award, conferred to all women who have left a significant imprint during this long pandemic, was the most crucial moment of the night.

We fully acknowledge as a club the relevance of this prize, namely to reward every year all women who will distinguish themselves by their courage and their will to get involved personally in all activities created to support other human beings. We value women who do not give up and fight for what they stand for.

Taking into consideration this leitmotiv, which encouraged us to make this choice, we want to carry on the Domina project since it is a way to give credit to women who stand out for their professional, social, and management skills and in several domains, such as science, economy, culture, information, sport, and entertainment, both on a national and international level.

Let's think about this award as the Oscar for women, as a starting point for women full of energy and with plenty of ideas on making Italy and the rest of the world a better place.
