Inner Wheel Club of Nager coil, District 321

In accordance with World Water Day Celebration Inner Wheel club of Nager coil, IWD 321 initiated to remove the water weed plants from the largest lake of Kanyakumari District Theroor Lake. This will be very helpful to the villagers to face the summer from water scarcities for bathing and washing clothes. The work is under process since it is a large lake. And the estimated budget for this project is about Rs.3,00,000/-.

Inner Wheel Club of Bangalore HBR, Inner Wheel District 319

Project Pragathi – A Flagship project of the year, that provides livelihood to Rural Women entrepreneurs through Solar Powered Sewing Machine and Xerox-Scanner cum Printers.

IWCB HBR provided support to 20 women who are the bread earners of the family. This project ensured Installation, Training and Service support for one year and thereby benefitting 20 families. The project covered the villages in Doddaballapura, Chikkaballapura, Shidlaghatta, Bagepalli and Devanahalli.

Painted walls with messages on Water Conservation & Salutation to Police, thereby branding Inner Wheel.

Inner Wheel Club Bagalkot, District 317


As Bagalkot is a fast growing city in north Karnataka, with an 85 member club doing lots of useful projects but not having a proper branding as Inner Wheel. To make people aware of our organisation as an independent entity. branding of Inner Wheel was the motivation.


There was a branding project planned for the year by the president, accordingly. Permission was taken to build the tower at the selected crossing from the municipal authorities. The design was made and with donations from the club members this tower was built.

  • Height of pillar : 23ft
  • Height of the logo fixed in top : 7.6ft


Total cost is 2000 pounds.

This makes it the tallest tower of Inner Wheel in India.

Inner Wheel Club of Moradabad Central, Dist 310.

President Rubal Todi - with a lot of Covid positive people quarantine at home, the club initiative of providing food to covid patients and their families have become a great success with 100-110 for packets being delivered on a daily basis. This service is available 7 days a week irrespective of the lockdown.

Inner Wheel Club Of Biharsharif, District 325

The Members with help of local authorities constructed a Clock Tower in the main Junction on the National Highway. The Clock Tower is about 25 feet tall, and they spend almost 2200 pounds.

Thereby improving the branding of Inner Wheel.

Inner Wheel Club of Dandeli, District 317


Donation of 9 Jumbo Oxygen Cylinders to General hospital Dandeli,


As there are many Covid patients who are not getting oxygen, in the crisis of Covid Condition everywhere in India, to save lives lost due to sheer lack of oxygen and render the humanitarian service


District chairman Dr. Mrs. Jyoti Patil and Inner wheel club Dandeli President Reshma Bavaji. The club wanted to provide Jumbo Oxygen Cylinder to Govt Hospital which required 20 oxygen cylinders. They approached, various associations, and organizations for donations and tapped every possible funding for this noble cause, many donors came forward and lent their helping hand.

During District Conference, District Chairman Usha Sarogi along with the donations received from Clubs ,about 35 wheel chairs were given to the needy people through the Differently abled Association President Mr. Simmachandran..It was later given to all the beneficiaries .

Inner Wheel club of Panchkula, Dist 308

The Club supported the Vaccination drive by inviting guest celebrities. With the help of media, Dr Usha urged to reach out to community through social advocacy and mobilisation so that we achieve maximum coverage of people above 45 years of age. She said this will help us to counter the second wave of pandemic.

A famous Child Artist year pleaded that all parents should behave obediently and responsibly and get themselves Vaccinated.

Dr Suvir Saxena PMO civil Hospital Panchkula talked about facts and myths of vaccination and why it is important to act now. The four-day festival being observed at Civil Hospital Panchkula is an initiative to spread awareness and advocacy about vaccination through all NGO working in the region and benefit as many people.

The vaccination has doubled in two days and the goal is to achieve 100% coverage with people participation.

Radio Jockey Aman has been very enthusiastically involving all age groups through her Radio messages and celebrity interviews this influencing the social change.

PP Ashu also advocated the importance & benefits of vaccination. Dr Rita Kalra SMO HA managed everything in perfect manner.

Inner Wheel Club of North Calcutta, Dist 329

The Club celebrated their Silver Jubilee by donating an 80 Litre Water Kiosk with purifier to Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nibedita Girls School which houses about 1100 disciples.

This is the very school established by Sister Nibedita herself. She had achieved this feat against the many odds.

District Chairman Anita Ghosh was present. Three charter members were also present despite the covid times.
