IWC Salt Lake City and 27 sister clubs combined their resources to donate the medicines and treatment to enable 15 juvenile diabetic patients to have free care for 1 year. This will be at the Juvenile Diabetic Research Association, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

IWC Cossipore did a project ‘Sukalyan’, where 5 sewing machines, cloth, thread, scissors and other accessories were donated to under priviledged women. Vocational training was also given, to help them become more self-reliant and independent. There were 29 sister clubs also involved in the project.

IWC Joka along with other 20 clubs combined their resources to donate for the treatment of a 12 year old girl Leukemia patient at Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre And Research Institute, Thakurpukur, Kolkata. This is helping to provide a potential future for the you girl.

IWC Calcutta North East and 24 other clubs combined their resources for the project BREATHE, where a BIPAP machine was donated to a village health care centre, in Baksha, Hooghly, West Bengal.
