Celebration of 20th Anniversary of Inner Wheel Club Dubrovnik, District 191 Croatia

The 20th Anniversary celebration of Inner Wheel Club of Dubrovnik held on Saturday, 4th November in Dubrovnik, Croatia. A rich program of celebration consisted of the sightseeing in the Old City, a cable car ride to Mount Srđ, a working part and a festive dinner.

The 20th Anniversary was celebrated with the presence of District Chairman Snježana Petrović Tkalčec, District Past Chairman Biserka Baša, District Secretary Nives Sklepić-Premuš, National Representative Meri Šiman-Tolić and Past National Representative Sandra Neretljaković, members from other Croatian IW clubs Rijeka, Split, Čakovec, Varaždin, and District first neighbors  IW club Belgrade Singidunum from Serbia represented by President Gordana Djenadic, IW Macedonia D255 represented by District Chairman Aneta Peseva and Italian Inner Wheel Club Bari represented by Goldi Camerota.  This was an opportunity to exchange examples of good practices, to discuss problems that clubs have been facing and to foster special relations of cooperation. 



The celebration was magnified by members of the Dubrovnik Rotary Club, the Lions Club of Dubrovnik, the Association “Rina Mašera” and the Association “Down Syndrome of Dubrovnik-Neretva County” and former members of Inner Wheel club Dubrovnik.

The celebration was the occasion for organizing the charity dinner at Hotel Kompas, owned by hotel group Adriatic Luxury Hotels, which waived the income from dinner in the name of the Down Syndrome Association - Dubrovnik.
